(Hereinafter referred to as "Enerjisa" and/or the Company) as a data controller complies with the highest possible level of administrative and technical measures to protect personal data and to inform the relevant persons in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”). 1. PROCESSES PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The "Enerjisa Investor Webcast" event, which will be held over the Zoom application, will be recorded. In this context, if you attend the webcast, your name, surname, e-mail address and, if shared, your voice recording will be processed for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms. The recording of the webcast will be shared as videos and/or podcasts on https://www.enerjisainvestorrelations.com/home-tr and https://www.enerjisainvestorrelations.com/ sites of Enerjisa. 

1. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON WITH REGARD TO THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL and by your explicit consent. Your personal data, verbal, written or electronic declarations can be collected through our company's information and document systems and information technology infrastructures.

These collected data will be shared on the https://www.enerjisainvestorrelations.com/home-tr and https://www.enerjisainvestorrelations.com/ sites of Enerjisa, depending on the legitimate interest legal reason. Upon the data owner's participation in the teleconference via the Zoom application, the mentioned data is transferred to Zoom Video Communications, Inc., headquartered in 55 Almaden Blvd 6th Floor, San Jose, CA 95113, United States, in accordance with Article 9 of Personal Data Protection Law. 

1. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PERSONAL DATA

You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law in accordance with the “Communique on the Procedures and Principles With Respect to Applications to the Data Controller”. Thus; you can send it in writing to Enerjisa headquarters using the information in the table below, to the Registered E-mail Address (“REM”), with your electronic signature or mobile signature or via your e-mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in our system.
